Interested to know if yoga is for you? Come check out our no judgement zone yoga class and decide for yourself. You will have fun trying something new with Christiane as you learn some basic yoga fit moves.

Please bring a yoga mat, this is required for safety reasons. Face towel and water are optional.

Registration is required to guarantee spot.  If it is full, please come anyway, there may be people who don't show up. For questions email bethanie@bsblibrary.org.  Ages 8 + are welcome to attend.

This is an 8 week course and you will be registered for the whole class.  Saturdays from 10:30- 11:45am September 8,15, 22, 29, October 6, two week break, October 27, November 3 and 10th.  You don't have to come to every one but please be considerate and not sign up if you know there are several you could not make it to.

About the instructor: Christiane Govan is new to Hill Country and started teaching Yoga at the River Crossing Club in 2015. She currently teaches Yoga & Toning at the Activity Center for seniors in Bulverde. Christiane loves to teach and is also a library favorite with her very well attended French class on Tuesday mornings.
