Event

Annex Room D

Learn ancient Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices: Deity Yoga, mindfulness and Tsa Lung.

Adults and teens 13+.  A single registration is required for series that will take place on January 12, 19, and 26.

Bring a pillow to sit on the floor or if preferred you may sit in a chair. Each practice will include a short explanation of the reasons behind it. Note that Tsa Lung is currently used at world famous MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston) as a supplement to traditional cancer treatments. The instructor is Tom Devins. In the explanations you will learn firsthand of Tom’s recent stay in Tibet and come to understand why it is called the Land of Magic and Mystery.
