This class is designed to help you navigate the purchasing of a house from setting your search criteria to moving through the process to the closing and taking ownership. Topics include working with REALTORS®, new homes vs. resale homes, custom homes, mortgages, the contract and negotiations, hidden costs, inspections, closing procedures, flood zones, etc.
