Join our Girls Who Code Club! Meet with Ms. Jeannette on Zoom each Tuesday from 3:30-4:30 to chat and code! Our Club is best for girls in 3rd-5th grade. Please register once per Zoom device to receive the link and password. Registering once registers you for each week of the Club! Projects are stand-alone so it's okay if you miss a week or join late! Each participant will need their own device for working on projects during the Club.

Girls Who Code curriculum is designed for students with a wide range of computer science experience. We have activities for girls with zero computer science experience all the way up to activities that introduce college-level concepts. As a central part of the Club experience, girls work with one another on an Impact Project, where they use computer science to solve a problem relevant to their Club and community. Through this project, girls learn teamwork and leadership, while also learning the fundamental computer science concepts that form the basis for all computer programming languages: loops, variables, conditionals and functions. Check out this video or the Girls Who Code website to learn more about the Girls Who Code program.
