Homemade Bread making for teens
Make bread with Elizabeth! In this class, we will be making a quick bread and a kneaded bread together on Zoom. We'll talk about the difference between a quick bread, a leavened bread, and an unleavened bread and talk a little about why each one works.
While we talk, we will first make a quick bread, and while that is baking, we will make our kneaded dough.
Kits with the ingredients will be provided and can be picked up starting Monday, September 14th after 3pm until Thusday, September 17th at 5pm. You must register no later than Wednesday, September 16th by 5pm to receive an ingredient kit.
The kit must be refrigerated until 1 hour before the class begins.
