Interested to know if Yoga Barre is for you? With a blend of dance/ballet positions, yoga & Pilates this class is a triple threat of functionality, fitness & fun. The barre or chair is there to provide stability, balance and support as you move through exercises that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs. No dance or yoga experience is necessary!

Registration is required to receive a link to join, let us know if you need to borrow some exercise bands and to acknowledge that you are in charge of your own safety.  

You will need:

Sturdy chair

Mat

Exercise bands in light and medium strength (these you can borrow from us) 

 

This is a four week class, once registered you will be able to join all four events on Mondays 6-7:00pm from September 14 - October 5.

 

About the instructor: When living in Los Angeles, Christiane spent her free time doing what she loved most, exercising and yoga classes. After a long exhausting career in Advertising, she moved to Hill Country in 2015 and decided to train as a Yoga and Fitness Instructor. She is a Certified Instructor through YOGAFIT and Silver Sneakers (Body Sculpting, Yoga & Pilates).  She currently teaches at River Crossing Club and Family Fitness.  Christiane loves to teach and is also a library favorite with her very well attended French class on Tuesday mornings.
