Online Zoom event, registration is required to receive a link to join.

Join Connie from the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension as she teaches this four week series with a curriculum that is designed to equip healthy adults with practices and skills that strengthen the mind and body.  This course will promote holistic health and wellness across your lifespan and includes current resources which address mindfulness and mind-body health.

 

This is a four week course, when you register for this event you will be sent the link to join on January 14, 21, 28 and February 4th.


Log into Zoom.us join the Zoom Class Meeting at the appropriate time. You can join by desktop, laptop, smartphone or tablet. If you are on a smartphone or tablet download the Zoom Go To Meeting app before clicking on the link provided. If you don't have access to wifi just email bethanie@mfplibrary.org to receive a phone number to dial into the program. Please allow a few extra minutes at the beginning to download the software/app if it is your first time using Zoom. You will need to let Zoom.us to connect to your device.
