Online: Elementary Girls Who Code
Event
Online
Working to close the gender gap in technology and change the image of what a programmer looks like and does; Girls who Code and Mammen Family Public Library are working together by hosting a virtual after school club for girls in grades 3 - 5 focusing on building bravery, sisterhood, and of course learning coding skills in a fun and friendly environment. This fall we will be taking a look at some of the awesome women in science and technology!
All that's required is a computer, an enthusiasm for coding and the willingness to try something new. Ladies...be brave, come make some new friendships, and join us for a fun coding adventure.
Please register each participant. This program is cumulative so try to come every week!
