Sit & Stitch Group
Event
Calling all needlecraft enthusiasts!
Join others interested in needlecrafts (i.e. crochet, knitting, embroidery, cross stitch, etc.) for fellowship and encouragement! Bring your projects to work on as we share our accomplishments and enjoy a relaxing time together.
While you are likely to pick up some helpful tips from the other attendees, this group is not gathered to teach needlecrafts. If you are interested in learning how to do a particular needlecraft, then please email hannah@mfplibrary.org for information on beginning classes we may have planned.
Registering for one Sit & Stitch Group event will register you for all the meeting times through the end of the year. You don't need to attend each gathering, but we welcome you to join us when you can!
Did you know that needlecrafts have been shown to have possible positive health benefits? While each person's experience with needlecrafts is unique, check out the links below for more information on the benefits other needlecrafters have experienced.
